500 Miles: A Journey of Love and Loss
Beta Cinema has revealed new sales on its Berlinale and Europe Film Market lineup including “500 Miles,” “Führer and Seducer,” “Hammarskjöld,” “The Light” and “From Hilde, With Love.”
After sealing a deal with True Brit Ent. for the UK, other territories like Australia, New Zealand, Middle East, Italy, and more have picked up the dramedy.
BAFTA-winner Morgan Matthews will direct “500 Miles” later in 2024, with Roman Griffin Davis and Bill Nighy starring.
“Führer and Seducer” garnered new deals post its market premiere, with Condor Entertainment for France and others.
“Hammarskjöld – Fight for Peace” also had its market premiere and sold to more territories, directed by Per Fly and starring Mikael Persbrandt.
Tom Tykwer’s “The Light” has been pre-sold to various regions, depicting a modern family’s emotional turmoil.
Andreas Dresen’s film “From Hilde, With Love” sold to U.K., Ireland, Europe, Australia, and more, adding to its growing list of territories.
