Lights, Camera, Action: Los Angeles Festival of Movies Unveils Exciting Inaugural Program Featuring ‘I Saw the TV Glow’ and Kim Gordon Talk

The Los Angeles Festival of Movies debuts April 4-7 with indie films and artist talks in Chinatown, Eagle Rock, and Filipinotown.

The festival is founded by Micah Gottlieb and Sarah Winshall, opening with “I Saw the TV Glow” and closing with “Rap World.”

Screenings will take place across various venues in LA. Artist Kim Gordon and writer Rachel Kushner will have a talk.

This festival follows the closure of the L.A. Independent Film Festival in 2018 and the hiatus of Sundance’s L.A. screening series.
