The Cannes Critics’ Week jury panel for 2024 includes Eliane Umuhire, Sylvie Pialat, Virginie Surdej, Ben Croll, and President Rodrigo Sorogoyen.
They will select award winners for the sidebar competition including the Grand Prize, French Touch Prize, Rising Star award, and Leitz Ciné Discovery Prize.
The lineup for Critics Week will be announced on April 15, following the Cannes official selection on April 11.
Last year’s jury was led by Audrey Diwan and included renowned industry professionals.
The Cannes Film Festival this year will showcase anticipated films like “Megalopolis” and “Furiosa.”
The festival will kick off with Quentin Dupieux’s “The Second Act,” promising a diverse and exciting lineup for cinema enthusiasts.
