Beta Cinema is launching sales for Fatih Akin’s new film “Amrum” internationally, set to film in Hamburg. The movie stars Jasper Billerbeck, Laura Tonke, and Diane Kruger.
“Amrum” will debut in Germany in September 2025, distributed by Warner Bros. Pictures.
The film is set on Amrum Island in 1945, following a young boy named Nanning navigating post-war challenges.
