Gia Coppola’s Upcoming Film “The Last Show Girl” to Star Pamela Anderson, Jamie Lee Curtis, and Dave Bautista
Pamela Anderson leads in the upcoming drama The Last Showgirl.
Starring with her are Jamie Lee Curtis, Dave Bautista, Brenda Song, Kiernan Shipka, and Billie Lourd. The film revolves around a seasoned showgirl coping with major life changes when her show closes after a 30-year run.
Gia Coppola, the director, praised Anderson’s performance.
Coppola revealed that she has always wanted to make a movie in Vegas and praised the entire cast and crew. Pamela Anderson’s recent documentary, “Pamela, a Love Story,” received critical acclaim and two Emmy nominations.
Following this success, Anderson continues to be in the spotlight with her recent performances, including a limited run in the Broadway show Chicago and hosting HGTV’s “Pamela’s Garden of Eden.”
The Last Showgirl is a dream project for its producers and is written by Kate Gersten, with Robert Schwartzman and Natalie Farrey producing.
