Back to the Future Part III is the final film in the trilogy, focusing on routine comedy set in the Old West. Marty receives a letter from Doc Brown, revealing his retreat to the past and his DeLorean’s hiding place. Marty travels back in time to warn Doc about his demise, while Doc faces the consequences of his time travel exploits.
Meanwhile, Doc falls in love, but must confront the problems caused by altering time.
