Film Cast Away (2000)
An exploration of human survival and fate’s impact on our lives. Chuck Noland (Tom Hanks) works for FedEx, neglecting his girlfriend Kelly (Helen Hunt) due to work. A plane crash leaves Chuck stranded on an island, testing his limits. Only with a volleyball as a companion, he adapts to his new life. The film reunites Hanks with director Robert Zemeckis.
