London Film Festival has announced its 2024 dates as Oct. 9-20, scheduled to feature a variety of films. Submissions for U.K. and Irish shorts and features are open until May 24.
Busan’s Asian Contents and Film Market named Ellen Y. D. Kim as director, starting her term on March 8. She brings vast experience from the film industry and hopes to introduce new initiatives for ACFM.
Kim has produced arthouse films and served in various roles within the Busan International Film Festival. The 29th BIFF will take place from Oct. 2-11, and ACFM will be held from Oct. 5-8.
