A Blossoming Journey: Vietnam’s ‘A Fragile Flower’ Set for U.S. Theatrical Debut – Global Bulletin

Atlas Distribution Company set Vietnamese-American co-production film “A Fragile Flower” for a U.S. theatrical release on Mar. 29. The romantic musical drama, written by Vietnamese singing sensation Nhat Ha, tells a tale of resilience and hope through a blossoming Vietnamese songstress.

The film’s cast includes professional singers like Trizzie Phuong Trinh, Nhat Ha, Anh Dung, and more. Produced by Tincom Media with Rakesh Tammabattula as the executive producer.

Leeding Lady

Korean actor Lee Young-ae will receive the Excellence in Asian Cinema Award at the Asian Film Awards on Mar. 10. Known for her roles in notable films like “Joint Security Area” and “Lady Vengeance,” Lee’s diverse roles and fine acting skills have earned her recognition.

Big Mac

Playwright and director Martin McDonagh, known for films like “Three Billboards Outside Ebbing, Missouri,” will share his artistic vision at the Hong Kong International Film Festival. McDonagh’s works will be screened during the tribute program at the 12-day festival running from Mar. 28 to Apr. 8.
