The 21st ICS Awards celebrated the cinematic excellence of “Close Your Eyes,” “All of Us Strangers,” and “Anatomy of a Fall.” “Close Your Eyes” bagged best picture and director. It followed the mysterious disappearance of a Spanish actor.
“Justine Triet’s “Anatomy of a Fall” was a triple winner for best actress, original screenplay, and editing. It’s also nominated for several prestigious awards.
The romantic fantasy “All of Us Strangers” claimed four prizes, including best actor and adapted screenplay. Other winners include “The Boy and the Heron” and “Samsara,” which won best cinematography.
“Asmae El Moudir’s “The Mother of All Lies” was awarded best documentary. The ICS Awards are organized annually by the International Cinephile Society, recognizing outstanding achievements in film.
