The agency will close next week, its memo states. Employees will receive final paychecks on Feb. 12, with healthcare benefits extended briefly. This decision results from extensive analysis, despite their best efforts.
A3 had clients like Lorraine Bracco and Anthony Michael Hall, but the lawsuit accused Bold of squandering everything, leading the agency into “chaos and dissolution.”
Representatives for A3 have not yet commented on the situation.
The legal dispute coincided with A3’s sale of its digital assets to Gersh, and Atterman and Cho are reportedly contemplating launching a new representation company amid their conflict with Bold.
