“THE DAMNED” – A CHILLING HORROR FILM
A first look at “The Damned”; a psychological horror film stars Odessa Young and Joe Cole in a story set in 19th-century Iceland.
Set in an isolated fishing outpost in Iceland, the film follows the protagonist, Eva (played by Young), and the impossible decision she has to make when a shipwreck occurs amidst a harsh winter. The residents face the consequences and guilt of their choices.
The star-studded cast includes Siobhan Finneran, Rory McCann, Turlough Convery, Lewis Gribben, Francis Magee, Mícheál Óg Lane, and Andrean Sigurgeirsson. The film is handled internationally by Protagonist Pictures and co-repped by CAA Media Finance for US rights.
Produced by Elation Pictures, Wild Atlantic Pictures, and Ley Line Entertainment, this chilling horror film received support from Screen Ireland, Wallimage, and the U.K. Global Screen Fund.
