Film Deathdream (1974)
This low-budget film “Deathdream” opens in Vietnam with Andy getting shot. Upon his return home, his family realizes something is off as Andy wanders town at night, seeking blood. Director Bob Clark captures the horror of Vietnam with this haunting movie, staying true to the classic “The Monkey’s Paw” tale. The film, also known as “The Veteran,” sheds light on the aftermath of war.
