“Hugo” is an adaptation of Brian Selznick’s novel. It follows the story of Hugo, an orphan who maintains clocks in a train station. His thievery from a toy-shop owner to rebuild a mechanical man puts him at odds with the owner, Georges. However, this encounter leads to a friendship with Georges’ goddaughter, Isabelle.
The film stars Asa Butterfield, Chloe Grace Moretz, and Ben Kingsley. Sacha Baron Cohen also features. The movie offers a mix of action, adventure, fantasy, drama, and mystery. The MPAA Rating for “Hugo” is PG.
