Film Rocky V (1990)
Touted as the finale of the Rocky saga, this fifth entry reunites Sylvester Stallone with director John G. Avildsen. Rocky Balboa is dealing with career-ending brain damage. Back in Philadelphia, he and his wife find themselves broke due to financial mismanagement. Rocky becomes a trainer after resisting a promoter’s big money offer. His son feels neglected as Rocky focuses on a new protege. Ultimately, a street-fight showdown ensues.
