Film Rubber (2010)

“Rubber” is a quirky black comedy by Quentin Dupieux about a telekinetic tire on a killing spree. The film’s unique concept and dark humor drew attention at the 2010 Cannes Film Festival.

The plot unfolds in a California desert where a tire gains consciousness, rolls on its own, and explodes things at will, including human heads. Lt. Chad investigates the bizarre events triggered by the tire’s criminal activities.

The story takes a twist when a group of individuals monitoring the tire from afar is poisoned by an unknown assailant, with one survivor seeking vengeance. The humorous yet sinister tone makes “Rubber” a genre-bending film.
