In the 1989 film “Tango & Cash,” Sylvester Stallone and Kurt Russell star as two Los Angeles narcotics cops taking on a drug baron played by Jack Palance. As the best in LA, they face a plot to frame them for a crime and land in a maximum-security prison instead of a minimum-security one. Despite facing torture, they banter and eventually escape to seek vengeance.

Stallone portrays Ray Tango, a sharply dressed cop, while Russell plays Gabriel Cash, his disheveled partner.
