“The Hunger Games: Catching Fire” (2013) is a sequel to the popular film, “The Hunger Games.” It continues the saga with Katniss Everdeen and Peeta Mellark on a “Victor’s Tour” of the districts, while President Snow plots their downfall during preparations for the Quarter Quell, a special event that occurs every 25 years.
