Earlier in the night, protestors blocked the hotel entrance driveway, shouting “Genocide Joe.”
Similar protests occurred at the HRC New York gala, urging the organization to address the Gaza conflict and its ties to Northrop Grumman.
HRC president Robinson condemned violence in the Middle East and emphasized unity against hate.
Protestors also impacted the Oscars by delaying the start as they demanded a Gaza ceasefire.
