Transformers One: A Thrilling Animated Prequel Starring Chris Hemsworth as Optimus Prime
Paramount unveils the animated prequel “Transformers One” featuring voices of Chris Hemsworth, Brian Tyree Henry, and Scarlett Johansson.
The movie showcases the Autobots and Decepticons’ rivalry on Cybertron.
Chris Hemsworth voices young Optimus Prime, with Brian Tyree Henry as young Megatron. Scarlett Johansson, Keegan-Michael Key, Jon Hamm, and Laurence Fishburne are also part of the star-studded cast.
The first Transformers animated film hit screens in 1986. Director Michael Bay’s live-action series began in 2007, grossing hundreds of millions at the box office.
Travis Knight directed “Bumblebee,” while Steven Caple Jr. helmed “Transformers: Rise of the Beasts.”
The highly anticipated “Transformers One” is executive produced by Steven Spielberg and set to release on September 20.
